Description

Reconstruction of the homostiid arthrodire placoderm, Atlantidosteus pacifica, from the Givetian-aged Broken River fauna in Queensland, Australia. It was a fairly large Middle Devonian placoderm, with a head shield estimated to be at least 50 centimeters long.
