Reconstruction of the traquairaspid heterostracan, Traquairaspis symmondsi, synonym Phialaspis symmondsi, from the Late Silurian of Wales and England. Phialaspis' jet- or paper airplane-shaped appearance differs spectacularly compared to the otherwise almond or hazelnut-shaped bodyplans of its relatives.
