Name: Heraldic Ishgalnera Species: Ishgalnera heraldicus Notes: The Heraldic Ishgalnera is an aquatic iguanasaur that inhabits the entire shoreline of Lake Arucara. As with other ishgalnera, the Heraldic preys on fish and any other aquatic animal it can overpower and capture with its clawed forepaws. It swims by thrashing its huge, whip-like tail to propel it through the water. It also utilizes its tremendous, frog-like hindlegs give it extra bursts of speed to help it overtake prey. After feeding, all ishgalnera return to shore in order to sun, as, they can not digest their food unless their body temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius.
Name: Diabolical Auk Species: Diabolicalcus deinoptychas Notes: A fish-eating waterfowl. It is a migrant from Orza, and flies to Lake Arucara every fall. It is an efficient fish-eater, trapping and gripping them with its barbed beak.
